At Intrepid Bakers, we don’t believe in sticking to one thing. What started with a passion for good pastry has grown into a bakery known for its adventurous approach — layered cakes, gooey buns, golden galettes, and the kind of savoury bakes you come back for.
We make everything from scratch, every day — no shortcuts. Our team is small but passionate, and our kitchen is fuelled by creativity, quality ingredients, and a love for flavour.

Spanakopita
A signature of Intrepid Bakers — our take on this classic savoury pastry is packed with spinach, herbs, and creamy feta, all wrapped in golden, flaky layers. Comforting, bold, and baked fresh every day.


Croissant
A croissant isn’t just a croissant at Intrepid Bakers. It’s a canvas. From pistachio cream to hazelnut chocolate, and even fully vegan versions we craft ours with flair, flavour, and a lot of love. Flaky, buttery, and never boring.
